It’s official…I finally jumped on the bandwagon and got me some ombre done!

I was originally going to do a very vibrant purple dip dye, but since it was my first time every dying my hair, my stylist suggested doing the ombre because it will be a little bit more subtle. I like it a lot, in fact I love it! Purple and pink are my favorite colors, so you are able to see my hair start from brown to pink to purple, and I think it looks great with my natural shade of hair. The process was pretty long, but pretty worth it!

I had been using a my favorite shampoo, BIG, but it contains sea salt which can strip the hair of its color, so instead I purchased Aveda’s color protecting shampoo and conditioner, as well as the Moroccan Oil curl cream—it smells delish!

I HIGHLY recommend trying it! My stylist had told me that the beauty industry just came out with a ton of new colors, so next time I go, I am able to get colors like mint, or coral!
